Communication / Language Assistance

Wentworth Health Partners Seacoast Arthritis & Osteoporosis Center is pleased to provide Effective Communication Aids and Services.  These auxiliary aids and services are available free of charge.  The practice also provides wheelchairs and is handicap accessible. Please notify the practice of any special communication or language needs so that we can adequately update this information in your medical record.  Please also contact the practice in advance of appointments to request any special assistance.

  • Language Line Phones and Service with at Least Three Different Over the Phone Services
  • On Site Interpreters Available by Contacting Interpreter Services/Communications
  • Advance Directives in Many Languages Including Indonesian
  • Patient Rights in Spanish and Indonesian
  • Multiple Translated Forms
